Campaign Readiness & Feasibility Studies
Just completed a strategic plan? Is your board pushing for a campaign? We work with you to assess your readiness to embark on a successful campaign. We conduct internal assessments and external feasibility studies that test the strength of your case for support, your organizational capacity and the alignment between donor interests and your aspirations.

Board Development & Retreats
Have you recruited new members and need your board to gel? Do you need to launch a planning or visioning process? Does your board want to become higher functioning? We will design a retreat to help you realize strategic objectives for board development. We are skilled in designing and facilitating interactive, experiential retreats.
